The lack of communication reminds me of Bioware’s behavior after the Mass Effect 3 debacle and Ubisoft last past year with Revelations. However both companies have since changed their customer service greatly. Bioware released several free DLC upgrades for their MP and continues to maintain their MP. Ubisoft has done a fantastic job with AC3 and continues to moniter their MP forums and has implemented updates and events for AC3 MP and rewards to loyal players. Lets hope 343 does the same. IMHO 343 needs to give something to the community for free to make up for the Crimson DLC and specialization code debacle. The sooner the better. This has been a public relations nightmare for them and doing nothing isn’t making it go away.
Having no theater ability for spartan ops or campaign. 343 said they spent so much time and effort rendering Master Chief, and the only time we get to see him is in cut scenes. Go figure…
But they made Cortana looks sexual appealing… hmmmm sanduwiche.
On topic, i think 343 made a good job with Halo 4. You forgot to add that Mass Effect 3 was rushed because of the stupid ending and Revelations didn’t inovated.
Both of those problems were Microsoft’s fault. Go ask Microsoft for free stuff.
Microsoft recently grew up to the point they felt that they didn’t need to spend much effort anymore on the community side of Xbox. To have enough users and think they have us all in their pocket.
Now they just want us to buy more and more and they really don’t give a damn about us or games. There are people there who cares, but they are not the ones at the top of the business.
