Some guy moded the gametypes to be NS (No sprint) and NIR (No instant respawn) And my doubt is, if i download those gametypes i get Ban? 343 for playing those settings? i take a risk for that or what?
If it’s anything like in past Halo games you have nothing to worry about as long as you don’t put the modded content in your fileshare.

Aren’t there options to do that anyway in the Gametypes options? Sure the options are kinda limited, but I remember seeing no sprint and no instant respawn. No kill cam is my favorite
