yesterday there was at least 14 threads about the recruit rank glitch happening to peoples accounts. Now there is like none, reach support has been pushed to the bottom of the list when it was at the top and problems have yet to be resolved. For those unfamiliar about the problem, there is currently a glitch where people accounts are showing recruit while being higher ranks, this glitch also effects the armoury as it doesn’t allow people to change gear it just shows them as defaults.
I’ve already found out what was my problem for showing the recruit rank glitch.
I reached the credit cap you can only get 200,000 credits per day if you do get to 200,000 credits in a day you’ll be shown as a recruit. You have to wait a full day for the credit cap to reset in order to get your rank icon back and armor to be shown
Or you won’t be shown as recruit you’ll just see your rank icon and armor BUT when you play matches you won’t get credits. And when playing matches for some reason your wins, kills, deaths and commendations won’t count when hitting the credit cap
And if you don’t think you hit the credit cap its probably your connection to the game server.
And if this not the case there’s has to be another explanation
