I’m not sure what that means but Halo Chess was eventually made into a real gametype.
Let’s not create any false dates now. People took the 1/17 and VGA’s a little too seriously before.

The map is on Forge World but but it’s still cool. Search for it in youtube, I think RoosterTeeth has a video of it.

I was just thinking about this today… Im sure at least something fan made will be release and will become viral until 343 shoots it down.
They should announce Halo having killstreaks just to see the community rage.

I just realized, Bungie never made any B.U.N.G.L.E. maps for Halo Reach! 
I dunno, we had already seen a fair amount of gameplay of Reach by the time April 1st came along, while with Halo 4 we saw just our first glimpses a few weeks ago. I wouldn’t count on us seeing any April Fool’s gameplay.

Yep, you use the forge monitor to pick your piece and then each piece has the same function as it does in chess.
Also I wouldn’t be suprised if they do something on April fools.
That would be evil.
It seems that 343i is a lot more serious, and business oriented, than Bungie ever was.
So I don’t think they would do that anyways.
It’s quite apparent they are a branch of a corporation.
Not that it is a bad thing.
I played “Halo Chess” a few times and it was actually pretty fun!!!
That made people rage… I can remember.
Remember during Halo 3’s development Bungie said they where doing “Pimps at Sea” and not Halo 3 for April Fool’s Day and every April Fool’s Day after that.
They’re going to show Armor Lock for fun
Then see how crazy people get on the forum.
PS: I would laugh LIKE CRAZY if they had armor lock return.
