Halo 5 is not coming to PC as it is a major release attempting to force people into buying an xbox one.
Halo Wars 2 however is not nearly as popular as it’s FPS cousins and the genre is immensely more popular on PC, but only on Win10 forcing fans of the franchise or game to upgrade to Win10 or once again, but an Xbox.
The main halo series stays on Xbox.
