343 not from any attention to the South American or other places not be the United States have all the attention then they should be punished by the poor condition of their services, we should to spend our money on bad products from 343 as halo
Nah the vast majority of H5 players are in the USA, it makes more sense to focus their efforts on the people they can actually effect. Once you get outside of the US, maintaining a stable internet connection over that distance becomes increasingly difficult for every mile between the user and the servers.
I am sorry it simply isn’t 343 or MS fault it is simply a limitation of current technology and transfer rates.

Well first of all the caps and hostile reply wasn’t necessary.
Secondly, while you may have a server in SA you will still connect with people in NA. The server still has to transfer your data to itself and then relay that to the NA server. That takes time.
So transfer limitations still apply even if you had a server inside of your house.
while I don’t think it is fair to say that they abandoned the game considering it was updated, all my gripes about it being recycled/remixed content aside, it is clear that they seem to have completely ignored ir leave several issues untouched. The matchmaking still places premades against randoms a majority of the time, the spawns still will place you in LoS of someone else, and spawnkilling/trapping has never been easier. the ranking system is still iffy, and BTB never got any official support from 343 at all outside of releasing it and adding community maps and remakes to the hopper.
These issues should have been fixed ages ago yet they’re still present. Yes we got some playlists back that previous entries had, yes we got forge, firefight, and even more reqs, but a lot of these gameplay and matchmaking issues seem like they haven’t even been looked at.

It would be nice if 343i did not abandon their games.
well you are what you eat!
While I don’t know much about the SA servers, have you ever thought that maybe your internet just sucks?
Australian players have to deal with this crap all the time because their servers suck and it causes a ton of problems for people everywhere else, not just those in Australia. But I haven’t seen too many SA players reporting problems for Halo and other games.
NA, Asia, and Europe are where a good majority of gamers live so many companies focus on making sure the servers for those regions are running smoothly. Areas like SA, Africa, and Australia are not as important to them. It’s sad but that’s business.
