Just made it to the point today where I’m receiving 1500 req points back from each silver pack, was curious how long it usually takes from this point until I’m getting the full 3000 back and can finally start the gold pack grind

All silver will ever refund is two 1500 point cards for 3000rp… you have all the silver level unlocks so you can move on to golds… When you get all the golds they refund two 3000 point cards for a total of 6000 to.
Yup that just means buy a bunch gold packs in order to complete the armory
To get to the point, if you receive 3000 RP back from Silver Packs, that means your Silver Pack grind is done and you can now move onto the Gold Pack grind.
Just avoid getting Silvers and Bronzes after you know when you are done with your permanent REQs, unless if you are a constant Warzone player and are desperate for Commons and Rare REQs to use.
