Does anyone know a good place to throw from to get the “From Downtown” achievement, by scoring with a 30 metre throw in Ricochet?
I’m not a great aim so I couldn’t be bothered to try to find a good spot to throw from.
I got it when I threw the ball from the area beneath the sword room, I just poked out far enough to have a clear line of sight and threw it, and go that achievement unintentionally.

From under the bridge? That’s how I got mine.
I haven’t gotten it yet since I always misjudge the throw-arch of the ball and it goes shorter than I expect, but I suspect under or on the bridge or by the rocket spawns if you bounce it off the side wall of the room.
Just a think I noticed, if you throw it at the back wall of their base it almost never goes in.
Under the sword room bridge is good but if you’re bad at aiming, try the rocket spawn.
I missed from the rocket spawn, but when I got closer I threw some grenades at it and got the achievement. All that matters is where you throw it from.
throw from training/bridge. thats how i got it.
Throwing it from Rocket hall will get it. Also, if it bounces off the platform it tends to slightly bounce the ball more towards the goal; no need to bank it off the inner wall.
I got it today by throwing from Rocket Hall. Although it took a few tries because I either didn’t get a good arch, it got intercepted, or it just plain missed
