3 things ifound that are wrong in Halo5multiplayer

So ive recently gotten halo 5 and ive found 3 things that i see as wrong. The first one is the aim assist. I have a hard time aiming and its either because the aim assist is too weak, the xbox one controllers thumb sticks are too flimsy (my 360 controllers thumb sticks are pretty stiff so 6 years of using the controller, ive gotten used to having stiff thumb sticks) or its both. The second thing is the spawns. There have been times where i respawn, take 3 steps, and start getting shot at. There was a moment today where i spawned right in front of an enemy player. And the third is the radar. It seems it has a smaller detection radius than previous Halos.
I was wondering if anyone else is having these same issues or its just me because im just bad at the game.

Well, I can give you a few answers.

Aim Assist- To my knowledge, aim assist has been taken out for Halo 5. If I am wrong, I know that it has been severely reduced, but I am pretty sure it has been taken out. This does make the game harder at first, but once you get used to it, it gets better. The skill gap is much smaller now because of this. Easy 4-shots all day long with the BR don’t exist any longer if you are playing against someone with a decent strafe. It is a learning curve for sure, but you will get used to it.

Spawns- Yeah, the spawns can suck. But isn’t that the case with almost every Halo? I have yet to be able to put in enough time playing competitively to be able to learn how to force spawns, but it seems to me that when you are up against a good team of people (or if they are just lucky to be in the right place at the right time), spawn killing can certainly happen. However, it doesn’t seem to be like on MCC on Sanctuary, where you can trap people endlessly in the same spot. It does seem to randomize after once or twice of you spawning in a terrible position.

Radar- The radar has been reduced (to 8 meters I think?). At first I thought they had gone straight COD on me, and only showed people if they were sprinting or shooting. Not the case though, thank god. This does make it harder to rely on your radar. If you’re going to play 4 v 4 arena, having a good team with communication has become a must if you’re up against good people.

I hope that helps answer your questions. If you have any others, feel free to message me. I don’t have all the answers, but I am always willing to help a fellow gamer!

Ah thank you. I just wish they would increase the radar radius back to 25m like older halos. 15 wouldnt be bad
