I’m on console and find the weapon drills to be really difficult to complete at 3 star, just me or are others finding them just a tad out of reach too?

It seems to be very headshot oriented.

Yeah definitely. I find it really difficult to focus with the countdown and musical cues so getting every shot as a headshot especially for guns like the AR is a real chore.

Here’s a secret; Try using the Needler during the Weapons Drill and you might just unlock the “3 Star” Xbox Achievement.

Some are easier than other for sure,it doesn’t help that sometimes the AI cheeses you a bit. I had a few instances for the battle rifle where a bot would stay behind cover, or on the shotgun challenge, several would immediately run as far back as possible taking more than 10 seconds to finish a single one.

Sometimes you just get lucky on how close the next dummy spawns. Keep trying.

I got through them all on 3 stars on xbox. Some of them I had to try more than once, but nothing made me feel like it was that hard.
I have issues focussing so it means I get thrown off really easily. ADHD is a -Yoink!- for things like this, cuz I hear someone breathing in the next room over and I just forget. So I have to mute the game to focus
It is slightly RNG with their spawns.

There is something of an RNG component to it given how the spawns and behavior aren’t uniform or even consistent. I don’t find them to be terribly unreasonable but they definitely require mastery of the weapon at hand. I find the AR challenge to be a little absurd given the ranges you have to use it at depending on spawn locations.
