Anyone else ever been awarded 3 permenants in gold/silver req packs?
I have, it seems they made silvers worth buying more often.
It also helps me on my grind through silvers

Definitely, silver packs are the only way to go for a while.
Yeah, it was announced in the patch updates for MOR. Basically, Emblems are being taken out of the first 2 permanent items, and made it so you have a chance to get an emblem in your first single use req. You still will get 2 permanents, whether that is customization items, or vehicle or power weapon certifications.
I got 3 permanents, did yours get 2 certifications?

Ah thanks for explaining it. Definitely the right move on 343i’s part imo.
