In my opinion these would be cool weapons to use.
the first one could be a covenant battle rifle that shot 5 shots at a time.
Ligthning gun would replace sentinal beam and focus rifle and would be very effective ageinst people but to no damage to vehicles.
last could be a needle rocket which is a homing rocket with one shot that would kill spartans instantly but not vehicles which it would follow them but not get stuck in them.

No, I don’t think Halo’s Engine could handle such a weapon.

Needle rounds aren’t good for heavy weapons.
