Just saw an article on ign, and grif ball, assault, and fiesta are coming this month!
Grifball and Fiesta are a good addition. Would have preferred Ricochet to Assault, but whatever, I’ll take what I can get.
I mean, assault is just reverse capture the flag after all.
indeed I just read the details on Gamespot. You can see why they took long to release it, they spent a lot of time testing it to make sure it plays great with the new Spartan moves. Love this quality first approach of 343, I’m glad they didn’t succumb to customer pressure and released it before it was ready.

Probably that all the elite players are farming commendations in Fiesta and it’s ruining everybody’s fun because they keep dying.

I think these updates are going to add, overall, more maps & content (long term) compared to previous Halos. The entire community can play them, for free (if that is the choice), which makes this so much more viable than previous Halo games. DLC map packs never showing in MM was criminal and 343 / MS found a way around this. Copying CS:GO was a great idea!
See people, is cosmetic only (outside WZ), REQ $ keeps this engine running. 9 high school / college students play for free while one person who makes 6 figures buys REQ (aka donates to support Halo player base).

you can create Richochet with the way they have it set up. Plus I heard it was ball game types so we might get Oddball unless they stated that we are not…

Indeed, I love how the player base is not fragmented because of this. I hated having to tell my friends “hey go buy this map pack so we can keep playing together”.
With a faster paced gameplay this time around, it will be interesting to see how these old modes work out.
