3 Halo 2 playlists, 0 CE playlists. Awful

Yes I know one is coming. That its taking over a month to get one is beyond pathetic.

Would you rather they waited and fixed the “bugs” everyone is complaining about

OR

Release a Halo: CE playlist for everyone to complain about

We already complain about bugs in every aspect of this game. It would still be nice to have at least one playlist for the game that I picked up the collection to play.

Edit: Actually I would prefer that they did their jobs correctly and not release the collection until it was ready.

If CE gets a playlist and it’s 2v2 I most likely will not play it. Hopefully it’s 4v4.

That didn’t stop them with the rest of the playlists. …

I think that when they get all the playlists up, they should have this and they should not have Halo CE in the Ranked Team Slayer playlist. Halo CE isn’t a competitive enough, skill-based game to be in with Halo 2 and 3, especially with current netcode issues

U srs bro?

This question irritates me greatly.

You mean to say;

"Would you rather play the game you paid $60 for

OR

Not"

Its complete BS, Halo 1 runs fine if it didn’t it wouldn’t be in any playlists. Is there maybe a millisecond of lag? Sure. Is it noticeable? Rarely.

No reason to screw over the Halo 1 fans.

Edit: Anyone who thinks any Halo game is more competitive than H1 is objectively speaking; wrong.

Haha…this statement is too ridiculous to not be a troll

…what?

They could add a regular Halo CE playlist with a mix of gametypes so I agree.

Halo CE needs to be 2v2 for two reasons:

  1. It will be easieron the server/host, which will help with registration. The registration is bad enough on CE, 4v4 just makes things worse.

  2. Nade spam and spawns on 4v4 make the game almost unplayable. Did you ever play Halo CE with 8 people? Its just a chaotic mess. Theres a reason why 2v2 was the most played over 4v4. Bungie designed the game for 2v2, back when you could only have 4 players on a screen.

Also, to the people saying that H1 is more competitive than Halo 2 or 3, I’m sorry but you’re wrong. Halo 1 on LAN was by far the most skill-based, but thats not the version we are playing. In MCC, Halo 1 is don right broken. The shot registration makes it unplayable, or at least voids it of any competitive merit. Sure, its fun to load up and play with some friends, but you cannot use it for competitive play in its current state. Once again, if H1 were to be competitive in MCC, the registration needs to be fixed, and it would need to be 2v2. However, if it was 2v2, you couldn’t mesh it in with Halo 2 and 3 in the competitive playlist - you would have to make a unique playlist for it.

how about 3v3

Id -Yoink- with that.

Halo 2 and 3 is for the ladies

Calm down nerds…4v4 will be fine…stupid to want 2v2. …Lame!

  1. True but it should be a temporary 2v2 list for until the dedicated servers go up. Then there’s no lag or hit detection issues
2.half of the halo CE maps in MCC are made for bigger games like 4v4. This includes blood gulch. I don’t think anyone wants to play doubles on blood gulch. I also don’t think its fair to say 2v2 was the most played. Not like we had a choice back then if we did play 2v2.

I think they’re taking their time putting out new categories to play in to prevent more backlash.

Just because you are trash at Halo 1 doesn’t mean it “needs” to be anything.

Bungie designed the game for 8v8 hence the 16 player limit…

So the map Infinity is good for 2v2? lol

Its a better competitive game in its current state than Halo 3 is in general.

Frankly I dont understand how people are that bad at Halo 1.

Unplayable? You’re a joke.

I agree it doesnt need to be 2v2. Id lean more towards 4v4. 3v3 has been my favorite for CE from the beginning.

Bungie did not design most of those maps for 8v8

No one that plays the game seriously is playing infinity

The game has some hiccups, i wouldnt say its unplayable. Just not as good as it was on the original Xbox.
