how come they changed the campaign custom challenges payout from 5,000 to 3,000?

^^ Completely agree… There are some of us who are silver and can only use campaign to rank up. The 5000 was perfectly fine. The original 5000 credits should be seriously be considered.

Sounds to me like you were just abusing it to be honest. Even if you do still have silver you probably earn more credits than a gold player by doing this.
They dumbed it down because people were abusing it and as far as I can see they aren’t going to change it back.
One again the little guys (the ones wtith silver) get screwed over credit wise. First they put an offline cap limit of 1,000 and now bump down this? A few bad apples shouldn’t ruin it for the bunch. They have a ban hammer for a reason.

That may not be an option for some people. I know several people who cannot play on Xbox LIVE because of their apartment complex’s internet connection. They can connect to LIVE but can’t play multiplayer because they can’t connect to anyone.
Not many people play it i guess. But it sounds fair for the silver people.
