I redeemed a code for 12 hours of 2XP from the Monster page and when I went to redeem the code on Waypoint it only gave me a 10 pack of 2XP. How do I go about making sure I get all 12 hours? When I tried submitting a ticket there wasn’t anything for a Waypoint specific issue.
