That’s hilarious. Plasma rifle is my fave but why in the world would anyone want to start with such a niche weapon…
Halo 2 playlist management realized plasma rifle starts were not viable fifteen years ago and always replaced them with an SMG. It’s an extremely careless oversight to leave maps like Midship and Waterworks on default plasma rifle starts.
I ran into another match on Midship with this, so this problem still hasn’t been addressed. I’ve cut Halo 2 classic out of my matchmaking searches because of it.

Forum auto searches when making a new thread. It’s the same problem, so I did as the magic software wanted.
