2nd Warzone Req Bundle Still Not Received

Hello there, forum team. I redeemed a second Warzone req bundle code from a third party retailer on the date of 12/13/2015 nearly 5 months ago. Despite the thread a month or so earlier regarding this issue, I still have not received my packs. I have, however, received an Xbox live message stating that I had been awarded 14 packs for a second purchase, but obviously have not received them. I would greatly appreciate if a member of the forum team could check to see what has become of my packs and if I could be granted them or my $25 back. Thank you for your time.

i thought each xbox account was only allowed to use one of those packs one time only. so i believe that is what your issue might be. you arent suppose to be able to use two warzone bundles

343 has stated that those who purchased a second code during the period of 10/27/2015 to 1/25/2016 would be given the packs that they paid for.

since MS handles the actual transactions i would suggest trying to call them or email them regarding the issue then. a few users here have had to go that route when it comes to in game purchases

I tried this, but unfortunately I was told that they could do nothing and was referred to these forums to resolve my issue.

all these forums would do is just give you opions on where to go from my understanding. nothing can truly be done here. at least ive never seen it. you can always try tweeting out to bravo on twitter, or trying to contact 343 then i guess.
