Dont worry, this is actually constructive towards the req system.
So imagine a system where everyone has the same req system that is currently in game, as in weapons that are available. This would only change req point earning.
Each game you earn medals, assist medals and other types. Warzone firefight would have round complete medals as well. Along with having medals for completing a round without using a req card.
Every medal you earn has a req point value. Double kill, 50 points. Triple 75, overkill 100. 15 per base kill. 40 kills a match in regular warzone would net 600 req points. Assists and noob combos ect would earn you more. You save these medals and redeem for points. You have a base of arena always earning you 750 for competeing. 1500 for warzone.
Each req packs point value is raised. Bronze 3000, silver 7500, gold 12000. Mythic 40000. You can buy each pack for the same price. Mythic doesnt include ANY certs but guranteed mythic or ultra rare reqs. They all cost the same price in USD as they do now. Req packs drop weapon certs at 75 percent, compared to 25 percent for weapon skin or armor. Meanwhile paying for a pack with $ gives you 50 percent chance of getting armor or a weapon skin.
Halowaypoint would have a stat tracking enroll option. If you dont enroll, waypoint doesnt stat track anything besides arena rank. You earn more per game at a base level. If you do enroll, you get req rewards for medals and commendation goals being met. A personal achilles set.
The idea goes a little more indepth than this however this is the short and sweet version. These are NOT medal values i would like to see, just a example of the system working.

Here is a update for more ways to earn.Damage to boss take downs earn you reqs. Say warden has 1000 hp, you do 100 percent damage, you get 100 reqs. Nothing for the medal.Ai and marine medals are worth a small amount each.Capturing a base with allies nets you a 5 req pt bonus per spartans capturing. 8 spartans means 40 req points per player. This bonus is limited to once every 5 minutes in every bases zone.
Also destroying the core nets a 250 req point bonus for the other team. 500 if you are behind and have been triple capped in the game. It goes back to 250 if you take the lead at any point after they triple cap you.
