My son and I are both personally disgusted with the new Halo 5 campaign it took only 5 Hours to complete. We found the game play missing the luster from previous editions and a severe disappointment. We both have played Halo, well I have since it first came out and him as far back as he can remember. So I have brought my son up with Halo being a part of his life as well. He saved his money to be able to purchase the Halo 5 edition on the release night. My son is such a fanatic he can recite almost every little detail from all the games. When Master Chief Collection came out, all of his friends hated that game and he kept his head held up high and defended it to the max. He told me tonight that if he knew ahead of time there would only be 3 levels as Master Chief he would have not purchased the big edition. He may have not even wanted to purchase the game at all. He says now he just sits looking at his $250 statue with regret. It was advertised that you see 2 sides of the story but you only see one. Its 15 levels of “find and kill” to press on to the next cut scene. Then you learn what happens next and the final last words spoken are “It’s about time”. This is nothing like Halo 2 where Master Chief explains his reason for being on the forerunner ship “Sir, finishing this fight”. He feels John should have stayed asleep for this game.
Smh. Entitlement race returns again.

Not sure if trolling or just real hate on Halo 5 Guardians…
Man I cannot wait to get the world smallest violin in a REQ pack.
And this is why there is such a thing as participation trophies in this world.
5 hours? My -Yoink-, unless you played on EZ mode, play it on Legendary and you’ll be at it for a while.

I hear it is pretty common to get these days!
Okay, so it’s obvious that this thread isn’t about getting a refund as the smart thing to do would be to ask the store you got it from.
Other than that, sorry you don’t like it, hope you have a great day. Goodbye.
The campaign was well worth the price of admission ($60, not sure about the LCE) alone. I haven’t even played any other modes yet and it is easily the best game of the past couple years for me. Sorry that you didn’t enjoy it.
i wish i had a halo statue
if it only took you 5 hours to complete, what difficulty were you playing on?
Well, you found the right place, right?
Next time red box it and don’t bother with a forum.

Not trolling true story. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
And this was the place to complain about it? Alright.
Maybe the fact you didn’t like it has to do with the fact that you can’t spell “wasted” lmao
You dont have a son
Unless you bought the game on this forum, I’m not sure why you’re asking for a refund here.
Well on easy its going to be lack luster. The ai doesnt acess 100% of its behaviour unless its heroic or higher.
Your post looks a lot like “i ordered a combo meal and only ate the hamburger and didnt drink the soda and it didnt quench my thurst. Now i want a refund ignore the soda i didnt drink.”
Thats why we’re looking at you odd op.

That’s actually pretty funny!
