I bought an Xbox one that came with the halo 5 game to download. But when I was trying to peel back the sticker to retrieve the 25 digit code, it ripped. Please help be get the code back.
Hey friend! We had the same problem. My little brother went upstairs to start downloading the game christmas morning, and came downstairs with this look on his face, we all almost yelled what happened?? Anyway, same problem, half the code was destroyed. We tried a lot of different things and ended up taking the whole xbox one set (we got the halo edition bundle this christmas) to the nearest microsoft store tonight. Guess what. The big grey “sticker” (im assuming its the same thing for you) is actually a scratch off. It looks too much like a sticker… Try sticking it back on to the right spot and rubbing it with a penny. The code should be revealed good as new, we are on our way home to set it up and download the game! Good luck!!
