My friend is level 149 and he sweats his -Yoink- off at this game. The top guy for XP is not even 152 and he no lifes it to the max with almost 400k XP and 11 hours per day.
It takes a loooooong time to get to the max level in halo 5, and is intentional .
I blew through the ranks in H4 as I’m sure many people did. Ranks and ranked play a big part in replay value. Also Halo 4 was just too easy. The cod Halo

Not yet-but considering 146-147 is 2M and 151-152 is 15M, mathematically, it will be 7.5 X longer !!
I kind of like how long it’s taking. I’m almost to 145 and that’s only about 1/7th of the way to 152. We have over two years before Halo 6 comes out so I’m sure some of us can get there.

I checked out that guy on halocharts, and was wondering how much he was playing. On the one hand I wish I had this kind of time, but on the other hand do I really want that kind of time? Yeah I hope to get there, but is it that all important to be the first? Does anyone remember who were the top 10 to reach Inheritor on Reach?
It will be a right of passage, but not like making say, General in Halo 3 or even Champion in Halo 5. I would much rather have a Champion rank to my Halo 5 repertoire rather than an SR 152.
I’m honestly happy that I will never max out my rank, Halo 4 was too easy.

Omg! I’ve just said in another thread i aim to hit SR100 hopefully before Xmas. Well hopefully now I can hit max rank before Halo 6

I’d unlocked all of mine somewhere between 120-130. Did the bronze -> silver -> gold method and only used in-game req points.
Edit: I also sold everything I got out of packs until I had all reqs unlocked.
Ok thanks JONOM4N . I’ve gone with the silver only then gold method , no real money spent .
I’m guessing you had quite few req point boosts (warzone)? They seem really elusive to me .
I tend to keep quite a lot of my reqs too.
Oh well i’ll have to keep grinding i suppose .
