I downloaded a digital copy of the mcc and I cannot be more excited for the release date, but I’m wondering if I have to download the 20GB patch in order to play. Can anybody help me out?
You do need to download the patch but It should be included in the preload, so you can play it immediately when the game is out.
Yeah you will have to download it (45GB game+20GB patch) but it isn’t available yet as they are still working on it. It will be available to download before launch though!
Like Motordom said, you will have to download both. 20GB patch is expected to be available for download a few days before release. You’ll be able to play the campaign with the 45GB download and I’ve heard that the 20GB patch is specific to multiplayer.
