My Halo 5 keeps saying "ATTENTION: Error retrieving data center connection quality information. Please try again late " after trying to “Connect to the lobby.”
I tried waiting a week or so because I thought it was a service issue. My friends are able to play the game just fine. I am the only one so far getting this message when I try to do Co-op, Warzone, and Arena. I don’t know how to fix this issue because all the questions on other websites for answers were already found out last year. I tried to find a answer, but now I have to come to the source for an answer. Please help me get back in the game play.
Do not imagine that there is any help for you from 343 on this forum.
You can try switching your network to wireless/wired then going into matchmaking. This seems to ‘jump start’ the system and they can switch back to the preferred network method after.
Otherwise you can try deleting and re-installing the game and clearing persistent storage from the blu-ray menu. Good luck.
