if i was to uninstall the game , forget internet conenction , reinstall 2014 version of the game (maybe change what year it is) will I be able to see these nameplates and use them and afterwards use them online?
this works for the specific date achievements so imagine it would work with these nameplates too
Those were for people who had the game at launch and had to deal with all the bugs.
Edit: to be more clear no, there is no way to get them (that I know of)
Unlikely, you had to play the game whilst connected to Xbox Live aka Xbox Network during that specific time period. It’s passed now.
Those things were gifted to players who had the game during the launch period and played whilst the game was in poor condition.
Whilst they’re definitely rarer to see these days (mainly because there’s way better emblems now) I’d hardly say they’re worth going out of your way to try to get them.
They should be made available via The Exchange.

They were a compensation gift for players who played the game when it was broken.
I think making it available for everyone kind of negates the whole point of it being special for those who had spent money on a game that was essentially not working.
