I purchased (and was charged for) the $20 REQ pack bundle on August 9th and have yet to receive any of my gold packs. I used a $5 credit and finished the rest with card. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Anyone from the Forum Team able to either point me in the right direction or help my purchased REQ packs to appear?
there are a buch of us in the same boat man have had a post up for 2 days now and all 343 will say we are aware of this issue and are looking into it
