I’m running an i9-9900k, 2080, and 64GB ram and my game is constantly stuttering between 17 and 25fps. I’ve tried different monitors, ports, I’ve tried the lowest settings possible and the highest and they are about the same fps. I have no idea what the problem is. I’ve tried turning my iCue off and it doesn’t help at all.
Is your monitor plugged into your GPU, or your motherboard?
The only thing I can think of outside of your GPU not getting enough power.
Update your operating system and gpu drivers.

They are up to date already. It’s been an issue I’ve had since the game came out.

Monitor is plugged into the GPU. I’ve tried all 3 HDMI ports as well as all 3 Display Ports and no change.
I hope it’s getting enough power since I have a 1200 watt 80+ platinum power supply. Is there any reason I wouldn’t be?
I uninstalled the game and redownloaded it about 7 times and now I have my frame issue fixed.
