2 years after release and I’m still enjoying H5 Arena. While I don’t play as often as I used to, I think I’ve still placed in every season and still play semi-weekly.
The Arena gameplay has felt solid from the start, and still feels good after some light tweaks. I’m certainly no pro, but this has been and continues to be my favorite Halo multiplayer, surpassing H3, in my humble opinion.
Good job on the Arena multiplayer, 343.
I would have been happier with the H5 arena had there been way better maps. To many remixes.

Seriously halo 5 multiplayer is amazing I could still play after 5 years if people still played and I could find an infection map

I think this is probably my biggest complaint with H5 arena. Like, they have Truth and Regret which are both remakes of Midship. Also just about every other arena map has a remixed version which they count as a new map.
Yes, map variety could’ve been better.
But again, Arena combat is well polished and helps make up for that shortcoming.
Frankly, I find standard 4v4 slayer boring and bland (not enough vehicles for my taste). But it’s cool to know other people are still enjoying it, I guess. Always nice to see positivity on these forums
I love it too but just wish there wasn’t as much slayer and it was mainly team objective with oddball added so hopefully tomorrow’s update fixes this
I played for a few months at launch and then moved to other games. Now i have finally broken the addiction that is Destiny and rocked 10 placement matches in team slayer last night.
Wow the MP is amazing. I forgot how good halo online is. Win or loose loved every single game i played and had the best time online in aaages.
Cant wait fo rtodays season reset so i can rock out some more games.
I played 1000’s of games in H3 and 100’s in the other halos and for me this feels like the only halo to surpass H3 MP in every way. Love it

I understand this sentiment, but I also really (and people are gonna hate me for this) like Regret. I never really saw why we needed more exact clones of Midship, when we could never get a decent Ascension remake.
Eden/Empire and stuff like that to me is more egregious than Truth/Regret. But I do understand where you’re coming from, and do agree.
