A). Remove the jetpack from multiplayer, and never include it in multiplayer again, keep it the same as reach but only allow it in custom games and maybe spartan ops.
B). Decrease accuracy while flying by 60%, Increase flight time, Decrease shield strength while flying by 75%
I believe option B would make the jetpack as a travel-only kind of thing, not something you’d want to use in a fight. I like the jetpack, but at he same time I hate it.
ugh gross can you never suggest any of this again. remove it completely? no. random accuracy decrease? no you have to control your jetpack and shoot which is hard enough til you get the hang of if.

I think jetpack could be balanced by adding bloom to jet-packers. Not severe bloom, maybe like 85% of Reach like in the TU. That would balance it out just fine for me
Getting rid of it over all would be helpful. That way people stay on the map instead of just flying around and skipping all the carefully designed ramps, stairways, and lifts. I enjoy killing a moron who flies as high as he can in the middle of the map as much as the next guy, but I don’t like people hovering above my head with a rocket launcher they flew to get. Jump shotters were obnoxious in Halo 3, then they got jetpcaks in Reach. I still have yet to see a jetpack used for anything but stupidity and map flow breaking.

I personally think 343 is going to lean in more of a thruster or booster pack, similar to what we saw in the reveal trailer, in halo 4 rather than the Reach version. Similar to how sprint got a change to balance it.
