I’ve been thinking of a few ways that 343 could improve and balance Living Dead a little more in Halo4. It would give Zombies a slightly better chance of living. One is take off the scope off the pistol. Human been able to scope in and see a zombie across the map and kill them in one shot. That is why scope needs to be removed from the pistol. If not removing the scope is a option. Then make it where it takes more bullets to kill a zombie from across the map and also reduce the accuracy for shots that are far off. Another thing that could help out the zombies a little and balance the game out some is taking out the radar completely when it comes to Living Dead. It would make people think more when going around corners and all. I think if these few things was not in Living Dead then it might give the zombies a better chance of getting to the humans and less of a chance of a person getting 20 kills in a single round.
DONT remove scope from pistol, K?
Instead, bring back the halo 3 system. Remember how in Halo 3 there were living dead gametypes where sometimes the humans were OP, and sometimes the Zombies were OP? Bring THAT back. It mixes things up, and makes it funner IMO.
I’d rather have maps where camping was not possible in infection, movement is necessary to survive, and make it feel more like a team survival game. Also icrease the movement speed of the zombies, I found it highly unfair that unless you were an alpha zombie you had next to no chance of getting an infection unless you were in a vast group. Also increasing the amount of points per infection will make the zombies more likely to charge the humans than go AFC or rage quit.

They did that in Reach, and it was unbearable.
I’d rather have maps like Halo 3. Camping is possible, movement is possible. You get to choose your survival style. That’s the name of the game in Infection, survival, and you do what you can to achieve it.
Have actual Infection specific map variants again. For the glory of Living Dead!
And to make it not suck so much again.
…or make the the zombies be flood. How cool would that be? Real players and AI. Just huuuge amount of flood, pure madness. And all glitches/bugs/hiding spots would be removed immediatly. Open areas, huge amount of flood.
