Was playing a Halo Wars 2 Versus AI deathmatch.
Toward the end I got -2 population in an unsuccesfull attack.
Could not build any units accept the spartan special unit.
Was playing as Isabel I Think.
Luckily the other 2 could take care of the remaining bit.
