So I know many of us have had at least earned a REQ pack from completing commendations and did not get them for some reason or glitch. For me, I did not get my SR115 REQ pack. I honestly thought I’ll get them at some point later but I’m SR134 right now and I haven’t got I deserved. Basically I was in a Spartan company(and still am) and overnight before I logged on the next day, my Company completed a few commendations and XP for ourselves individually along with it. That’s when it happened. If any 343I member would be so kind to fix this solution not just for me but for anyone who had and still is experiencing, that would be absolutely wonderful. If you have had experienced this before please spread the word. Thank you.

so i think i saw a post somewhere, that mentioned certain SR ranks if you just barely cross over into the next one there is a glitch where you wont get the req pack, there was like 5-8 SR ranks that did this. but really isnt 115 just giving you 5 req cards, no perm unlocks or emblems so did you really miss out? i want to know cause im almost to 115

I promise you I’m not playing with you. I was offline during the time when my company completed a commendation which promoted me to SR 115. I was indeed supposed to get the “SR 115” pack but didn’t. I saw numerous people also saying that they completed a commendation but did not get their packs as well. To my acknowledge, Sr 115 pack contains a rare emblem and other one time use REQs.

People have been reporting it ever since a few months into Halo 5’s release. I think 343I is just ignoring us because they don’t know how to fix it.
This has happened to me I was like rank 80 something and didn’t get my promotion req pack basically I just remembered this when I saw your title. Weird huh?
