2 Months later and still haven't received REQ Pack

During the midnight launch, I had purchased the Warzone REQ bundle via one of the prepaid cards. I redeemed the code at around 1 AM, and never received a gold REQ pack from it. I contacted Xbox support and they told me to wait. A week passed, and still no Gold packs. the Warzone bundle shows up nowhere on my console, but according to Xbox support, they see it was redeemed on my account. They told me to contact 343i, (which you only can by going on these forums) and I received no response.

I posted on the forums once a day for the next week until I finally received a response saying they are “investigating”. Now, almost exactly 2 months later, I still have not heard from 343i, and I have not a single REQ pack from the bundle. Xbox support says that can’t do anything about it, and they cannot refund me since it was purchased via prepaid code. 343i has remained silent on the issue. What are my options here? Has anyone else had this issue for this long? Am I out $25?

I thought the Warzone REQ bundle was the green REQ packs that say Warzone across them. They aren’t gold packs. They’re better than that because they unlock 3 permanent items instead of just the 2. Have you tried looking in the Halo 5 “Manage Game” area on the Xbox dashboard? Try re downloading it because sometimes some things may have redeemed but not have been installed correctly. Also, these REQ packs are released in twos once a week until you’ve opened 14 of them.
