2 Man Vehicles

I always try and get people in my warthogs. But sometimes it is just a no go. So anytime anyone in a warthog needs a gunner or driver I always jump in-simply because if they run into the same issue I do they are frantically driving around trying not to get shot looking for a gunner.

Sometimes a Warthog with two players is more than enough, provided that you can handle it well. You do have the ability to switch seats on the fly, mitigating the need for a fully-loaded Warthog.

As long as you aren’t driving people who don’t want to be driven because they parked their Warthog in a good spot, I think you are doing a good thing. I often have trouble getting random people to help me use Warthogs when I play firefight.

Its sometimes hard to determine if they want you to enter or not.

I do this too, often I really don’t want to enter because in my experience a lot of drivers are bad drivers because they will drive you into a crazy shootout with lots of enemies or they don’t take cover when they see your shields pop.

However when I see a poor lonely driver sitting there honking I feel the need to help so I often do. I look around for any other team mates so that they might do it instead but if I’m the only one there I jump on anyways , even if I know it’s certain death.

I usually don’t get in random Warthogs, but I decided to cave in to this guy who wanted me to get in his the other day. After about 15 seconds, he ended up flipping over and we both died from multiple people shooting at us. And that’s why I’m done getting in random people’s Warthogs.

Switching seats can get you killed a lot. By the time you’ve switched from driver to gunner, you more often than not are already one shot.

Yeah if someone is deliberately parked in a position where their providing fire or hammering a boss I don’t just drive them away.

Man I hate it when that happens, I do the same for other hog drivers if I can

When it comes to the Scorpion or the Wraith, if I jump in the gunner’s seat, it’s to provide cover and serve as a spotter on those enemies trying to sneak up. However there are times when some drivers don’t want this and will purposely turn their vehicle around so as to prevent you from helping out.

some times the driver trolls you

Agreed

Ask not what your gunner can do for you, but you can do for your gunner!
