So I was playing some Halo 3 earlier with a friend. We wanted to save Johnson so we killed him. When the door to 04B’s control room opened we saw: Chief, Johnson, Arbiter, dead Johnson getting up off the floor.
Has this ever happened to anybody else?

I think the existence of an alternate live Johnson in the same room as the dead Johnson confuses the map scripting, causing a kill command to fail. Or something to that effect.
