2 bugged cheevos. (A Lot Extra, Palmers Pure Gold)

Last night I switched to Windows 10 to finish some campaign achievements because it dawned on me that I have a gaming PC.

Well, my progress won’t sync back to my Xbox, or even Xbox Live it seems since "Palmer’s Pure Gold will not unlock despite all Gold medals. I wondered if it was just an unlock glitch since “A Lot Extra” didn’t unlock either when I was playing solely on Xbox.

Even worse though, it seems like nothing related to online is working, it searches for players for hours but never enters a game.

I do not have a vpn enabled.

UPDATE: I was able to successfully get a sync. Now my two achievements are just stuck in the 90~%'s. I changed the title accordingly. According to waypoint I am only one bonus objective short (doesn’t say which one) but in-game I’ve got everything. And waypoint is no help for gold medals, it is completely wrong and I suspect it is only showing my medals for legendary.
