2 bucks for 3 AI colors is solid

AI colors are the lamest cosmetic besides chest emblems. Different voices are cool but I never even notice my AI color. I’ve played like 500 games and off the top of my head cant think of when you see it besides capturing a zone maybe

Its a dam shame we have to even be having this conversation

I don’t care much for this annoying Personal AI thing, but I agree, it’s definitely a fair price. It’s more in line to what prices should be.

This is actually fascinating. I thought the AI colors were the least compelling thing I’ve seen so far because they just… look like crap. Slightly different shades of colors that I’ve already unlocked.

Lol what do you mean?

That may be true but 66 cents per item in the bundle… how much cheaper do you want them to go? Lol

It’s not about how much they cost. I’m willing to spend more money on less items elsewhere in the store because I think literally everything else in the store is cooler than these ugly AI companions that just look… so… “meh”

Those colors will do nothing for you - as such they have no value at all whatsoever. Remember, this game is free. Whiffing your money on such useless things will not impact your gaming experience.

This makes negative sense. If they sold anything that wasn’t cosmetic, the game would become pay to win. Is that what you want?

do you really have nothing better to do?

I don’t even really care about AI colour but I bought it hoping 343 sees if they price things reasonably they’ll sell, hope to see more value like this

I think free color customization (I.E. the Halo standard) is even better. How about that?

The community here is as unreasonable as the devs it’s crazy. Keep asking everything for free in a free game…

I would gladly pay sixty bucks for a complete Halo game. Instead I’m asked to pay infinitely more for things that were free in previous titles with the usual sixty dollar price tag. This game is free in the cheapest sense of the word. Lay off the copium.

You know what’s legitimately free? Apex legends. You can literally earn a battle pass just playing it. THAT is free to play, and arguably a much better title at this point.

You’re not wrong. I’d rather have paid full price for a more complete game too. But that’s one of the things that’s impossible to revert. The game is out. Maybe Halo 7 will be back on old business model, but I doubt it.

It’s just super unproductive to not acknowledge when there is a (small) improvement and just vent pointless frustration. That should be kept for the stuff they haven’t fixed and won’t in months.

(You can go ahead and tell me it’s unproductive/hypocritical to point that out🙄)
I see it more as a callout for discussion myself.

Free because they’re simple colors.
Also, it’s ridiculous that they reduced the customization.

Infinite should’ve had more choices for colors, not less.
If they sell something, it should be designs, not colors, and I’m not talking about those armor and weapon color combinations either.

Why would you be okay with a small improvement to something awful?
The customization and pricing in Infinite need a huge improvement, not just charging $2 for a few colors.

It’s possible to talk about more than one thing, and it’s possible for pricing and the game to be fixed at the same time, unless there’s a skeleton crew working on the game.

They might not be doing that if buying the campaign had given a considerable amount of content in multiplayer.

Also, it’s not a free game, it’s a free-to-play game.
There’s a big difference.

It’s really what it seems like, it’s really weird. Something’s not right.

What is it that you think is weird?

Everything points out to a « skeleton crew » as you said. So many things don’t make logical sense in the way they’re handling things. Unless they can’t actually handle them for « some reason ».
