If you go on snipers, expecting not to find campers, then you’re gonna have a bad time.
Seriously, it’s snipers, since it’s inception all players did was camp. What did you expect? Really, get a grip.

I think they got Team Snipers perfect. No AA’s, no secondary, just you and the rifle, the way it should be. The only way to make it better would be to add the mongooses back into the maps. Gotta love those lucky no-scopes… Also, the sniper is better than ever. It feels powerful, not just like a pea shooter.

I think you’re getting confused here.
Camping snipers are incredible easy to deal with - if they’re camping the same spot, then you’ll know where they are and can adjust your strategies accordingly.
What you’re probably experiencing is good snipers - players who can hold areas down nicely by finding a good nook of the map and who relocate after every 2 or 3 kills.

No they’re not. They promote even more camping than usual. Just like Hemorrhage from Reach.
Why are there BTB maps in Team Snipers? Nobody wants to sit in games forever anyways. All players do is camp more than they would on a normal 4v4 map. Sprint doesn’t balance it out either because nobody sprints beyond their spawning points because they don’t want to get domed.
Solace, Haven, Adrift & Abandon should be the only maps allowed on TS. They promote faster gameplay & less camping. Basically, the BTB maps in TS are like putting BTB maps in SWAT. It doesn’t work & makes the game very slow.
I don’t think I ever played a Team Snipers game where people didn’t camp. What do you want them to do? CQB with a long range rifle?
I probably won’t play snipers because I will more likely than not do bad.
