Something Like This Do You Think This will be good in Halo 4
Would be nice thing to feature. It would be cool to see all the controls and panels on the warthog. But then again third person driving helps out a lot more in spotting people.
But it would be cool if you could transition between the two. Like in the need for speed games for playstation and grand theft auto.

Can we get 1st person passenger back? but yeah I prefer 3rd person vehicle driving, the only thing 1st person driving would be good for is machinima.

This sounds like a good idea. First person passenger (and maybe even gunner), but the driver should be able to see what’s around them.
It should definitely be an option in the game as toggable.

Although I always wanted to see that all the HUD elements to a Ghost or Banshee are
i want a option were i can switch from first person driving to 3rd person. finally give that handy dandy d-pad a use?
Switching between them would be best to me, but if not then 3rd… It lets you see more.
While i feel that it would be interesting, the downside would be that you couldnt see your surroundings, witch would be very troublesome when avoiding mines and rocket launhers. However i do hope that they bring back the first person warthog passenger seat from Halo 1 campaign!
I would love to be able to switch between first and third person. I think being a Falcon gunner in Reach looks AWESOME. And flying the Falcon in third person looks like a lot of fun. I would be very happy if that feature made it into Halo 4.
