Medal description is “kill 15 enemies in slayer without dying” or something like that. Congrats though, I’ve never done that.

damn, I personally think it’s harder to get in warzone. I tend to get a higher kd in arena if the teams are equal.

But yeah, sadly, the actual medal is only in Arena, and only in Slayer gametypes.
