Your post is a little vague. Would you mind clarifying some of the points so everyone knows what the issue is?

sorry i thought it was obvious. team slayer is not its own playlist. seriously? i thought bungie was clueless for ruining halo with Reach and not 343 isnt smart enough to seperate slayer with objective? im sure i’ll get yelled at by people wanting to kiss 343s butt. i have respect for people that play objective but a lot of people dont want to play objective. i just dont get why every company is hurting halo. its lost everything that made it great.

I think you’ll find that if you ask a lot of Halo 1 fans, their favorite gametype was not Slayer. I’d say Blood Gulch CTF would be the #1 answer. I know my group of friends used to view Slayer as a warmup.
Anyway, cry me a river over having to play one game of Oddball. Are you kidding me? Try playing a few more games, I think you’ll find that you’ll end up playing a lot more Slayer than Objective. It’s a quid quo pro situation. You play some Objective for Objective players, and they’ll play some Slayer for you.
well there are a lot of groups that only play team slayer. about 10 people on my list get bored with objectives just like i do. it just isnt smart. i know what im talking about. i knew when i first played Reach that most peopel would quit playing halo and i was right. i respect those that like them but you should have a choice. not a vote to hope you get it. its not like i can go play Reach team slayer because of the AA’s. Cant play arena because jetpacks ruin map movement. all i want is halo.
do us all a favor. you should definitely quit playing halo forever because of this.

Is this for the Anniversary playlist? Or does Team Slayer in general now contain Oddball?
I just didn’t think Team Slayer ever contained Oddball. If it’s in the Anniversary playlist I can understand. If it’s in regular Team Slayer that doesn’t make sense because there is Team Objective.

Please, oh PLEASE, trade in your Reach and CEA discs so anyone who wants to play oddball doesn’t have to play with you.
Then delete your account here so none of us who oppose reading nonsensical rants don’t have to do so.
OR…
Recognize that there are times where you’re in a playlist and will end up playing a map or gametype you don’t like (i.e. Sword Base in SWAT) and that there are times where other people will not want to play a map or gametype you like and just deal.
Then, when you’re completely dissatisfied with your gaming experience, come over here to the MM forum and express it in the following format:
Detailed explanation of your grievance;
History lesson (i.e. it was better in Halo 3 because…)
Proposal for a solution/solicitation for a solution
Doing that will make your posts more likely to be read and responded to in a non-condescending or “MadOPisMad” format.

Ever read the playlist description? Guess reading is not your thing because it clearly states whether or not there will be objective
