I have observed that the first game I play is smooth and lag-free. All games after that are very bad in terms of hit registration, ghost meles, aim mechanic, etc. Why does this happen? If I clear the cache by holding the power button and unplugging, it plays better for the first game then reverts to bad performance. Is there something that is hogging the cache memory or something else that is happening after the first game?
NAT is open, wired, benq, controller wired, ports forwarded, no other internet usage, pings are good, no EM interference, read every guide known to man.
I get the best results with cache flush on first match.

The servers have been having these issues pretty frequently as of late.
343 already has a system in place to record all data involving lag and server-client inconsistencies. A fix is on the way.
