1hr ban for 1 quit really?

You can check my game history.
First off I quit that assault match before I played the ctf match so ? On that.

In the last week I’ve only 2 arena quits.
2 in arena (that assault match and one I played 4 Days ago)

Is it >1 quit in a week = ban?
I only quit that assault match because I was lagging so bad that match was unplayable.
The other was a lag drop
