Okay, as the title indecats, I just played a game and went 19 kills and 0 deaths, and I didn’t get a perfection? Now it’s not so much the medal that bothers me,as it was a King of the Hill game mode, it’s more the fact that I didn’t get the commendation, as it states:
Complete a match without dying and get at least 15 kills.
So isn’t I entitle to move one up?
And yes we lost, but when I got to 10 kills I was like, F it, I’m gonna go for the perfection commendation.

There is no medal anymore. And yes, they should have been more specific with the commendation description but I can assure you I’m not lying.

Are you sure? I somehow got one during a Regicide match.
Even though it is not specified, it must be in slayer

Yea I believe you, it’s just kinda annoying when you think you’ll finally your first step, to what, I at least consider the hardest commendation to get. Oh well, just gotta wait till I get match with people whose way worse than me, gonna happen eventually I guess, happened a few times in reach…

I find them the easiest to get in Big Team, preferably with a friend or 2 you can communicate with so they can help cover you when you’re about to die.
Meltdown is especially easy.
Longbow is 2nd.
Ragnarok is pretty hard since it’s so open and you’re bound to get sniped so you’re forced to stay in the base, which makes it hard to actually get the 15 kills needed.
Exile is impossible with tanks, Banshees, and Gauss Hogs running around at the same time.
Vortex is really disjointed but if you play a bad team it can be pretty easy there too since they all just run to the central base. When you get the 15 you can just stay back on one of the outer bases and you probably won’t even be found

Regicide is slayer based. All you do is kill, just someone happens to be worth more points than the others.

I agree it’s annoying that the commendation description neglects to mention it must be Slayer. I thought that was something they may have corrected with the recent TU, obviously not.
I believe it can only be attained in Slayer gametypes. That’s how it’s been in every other Halo.
i believe it has to be in slayer and you must win. i did all that yesterday when the servers were down but didnt get it. i think it was because of the servers
