152 Reward

Tell us the reward.
No one knows the release of Halo 6. It could be 2019, or 2020. Is it worth grinding Firefight?

Not telling us will lead to greatness or more disappointments.

I dont want to be told not to grind when it actually might be something cool and exclusive. No one cares until they know they can’t have it.

We don’t know exactly what it is but they’ve stated it’s nothing crazy. Just a little reward for the people who put the time in naturally, not something to grind hundreds of hours for.

I’m willing to bet it’s nothing more than a nameplate. Or something you can achieve without being 152.

Hopefully, when Infinite comes out and we learn the reward we can return to Halo 5, hit 152, then claim our reward.

They’ve said it isn’t meant to make you grind, it’s just something you get if you happened to reach 152. Yet again, who really gets to 152 without grinding?(Even if the reward isn’t great, I still want it to show I grinded, so even if it’s not worth it, I’m doing it.)

I’m going to attempt it just in case it is something cool - also, firefight is annoying for lower levels because I can’t win harder difficulties due to not having great reqs- I don’t have any certifications for good vehicles/weapons other than a normal wraith - I always get anything but what I need

I am currently at 146 and all I really do is play Social games. I have no desire to play any Warzone modes. I know it will take longer to reach 152, but at least I will be having fun doing it.

How about we play it for the love of the game, or to just hit max rank. I say we let the reward in halo 6 be a bonus.

It’s about the reason for getting to 152, is what they were talking about. Yes, getting to 152 is a grind, but everyone who did it before the announcement of the award did it for personal achievement and because they wanted to. All 343 is saying is that this reward they have announced shouldn’t be expected to be something worth grinding for on its own. I think the intent was to encourage players to only grind Halo 5 if they have fun doing it.
