They have already said the reward won’t be much and it’s not going to be any type of exclusive armor. So odds are it’s just an emblem or nameplate type thing if that. We will find out when Infinite launches as players who have their 152s by then will see what this “token of appreciation” will be.

I don’t see it as a ploy. I never understand why people look at everything so negativity. The reward being nothing big points to it not being a ploy at all really. I wish players could unlock more in game stuff that relates to other games or media so small rewards. Kinda like helioskrill armor or nightfall armor… To bad they were ruined by being crammed into the req system… Or what was supposed to be the exclusive sticker shock skins to loot crate they later ruined by making available for points/money. So if you think about it what ever this token is has a chance to being made available to every one at some point going by 343 track record.

All you get is the Mantle emblem so leveling up in Halo 5 isn’t a priority to me.

Well there is going to be a “token of appreciation” in Halo infinite for players who achieve 152 so the mantle emblem isn’t the only thing you get.

agree…i feel like there has deff been a population uptick since the infinite trailers and that little nugget about possible gifts for completion…im not mad tho im grinding away…bout to be 149, so i should just make it if i keep grinding till 2020
