Ok so I’m grinding for rank 152 and if I get the reward for halo Infinite I’ll get it for the pc version of infinite even though I got it on Xbox?

More than likely the reward will be tied to your account so, yes, you will have it on PC as well.

The most likely scenario is that the reward will be tied to your gamertag and you should be able to get it independent of the plattform as long as you play on the same gamertag.
So far all unlocks from DLC codes on products have been on an account level (meaning you just sign in with your MS account). There has been no distinction between PC or Console.
I would be VERY surprised if your PC and Console unlocks were separate, to the point where I don’t think there is any chance of it happening. MCC and Halo Wars 2 had cross unlocks for everything.
