> Amazing accomplishment, congratulations! That is a lot of work, and is very impressive. I wonder how many 152 players there are.
According to Halo tracker there is still under 1000 players who has made the grind. But there are quite a few really close. I should have it by mid/end of summer. I have 6.3 million XP to go.
Strange, thought be higher. Got around 4.5 million but think I can get 500k over weekend…meaning probably get 4 million done in about 4-6 weeks till max rank.

It really took that long to gain that last level? Holy cow.

Gaming is honestly not that great right now. I’m waiting on doom. I played destiny and got burnt out on rng perk grinds. I like mcc but I’ve done that all before like h5. SOT is fun in small doses. And I can’t stand br shooters or racing games. Basically that’s the point I’m at. H5 can be frustrating. It needs so much work, but gaming is just so stale right now it’s still remains one of the better options.
Whenever assault is around you’ll very likely see me in the playlist. I’m in the top 100 for games played in assault.

Sort of same. Waiting on Doom Eternal and yeh H5 can be stressful, had to deal with clan spawn campers sometimes making the grind exhausting but there are times where it seems fine. Yeh gaming has been hit, miss at times, I guess be best to explore different games since some games out there can fun since can be nice to break from certain types of games…like I’ve been playing Pheonix Wright trilogy since it’s sort of relaxing. Top 100? yeh guess that makes sense, I’ve seen plenty in-game including people at 343i but that’s probably down to me playing more than the average gamer.

The sweaty 12 man teams currently spawn camping Warzone assault is one of the reasons the playlist does so poorly. When you have 2 or 3 stacked teams running any given night it’s impossible for new players to not match against that. When in your playling your first night of assault and you match against guys killing off spawn and calling in 6 plus wasps you’d be a masochist to ever try the playlist again. When I match against 12 sweats I just try and get a kill then don’t spawn in until the game forces me after I die. I’ve lately been getting on the mic and trying to tell everyone else to do the same. But they don’t want to listen and wind up going 1-30 give or take. If 12 players did this when they match sweats the would only be giving up a total of 48 kills to be divided amongst 12 players in an assault game. That gets boring fast and would cause those lobbies to fall apart. The other suggestion, just leave the game and start a new one. You’ll have way more fun and quit penalties are not very high for warzone, I think this is partly the reason why.
I used to love playing 12 man warzone. But that was over 2 years ago in the main playlist. Assault 12 man I’ve only done one night and in all honestly was just boring. Way more fun in this playlist with small teams or solo. To each their own though. I’ve been told to stop sweating and been called trash in the same night in random messages after games. Everyone plays this game differently.

Yeh agreed, I don’t entirely get why they keep bringing it back without making changes. It just seems like a major oversight that they’ve ignored. There was supposed to be restrictions for this kind of thing then they removed them, they even added Warzone Warlords…which seems to get ignored, the clans just use assault playlists to sort of cheat by using exploits to spawn wasps so they can spawn trap teams. and I feel like 343i should take action against those clans that think it’s ok to do this. Yeh I’d do the same with the spawning menu since if I know there going to start spawn trapping I try to minimize how I have to put up with it. Yeh on occasion I do leave the game but it’s exp so I sort of try to put up with it till then close the game entirely to calm down for a while.
Sure I get some like big teams but for me I feel like 343i should have put in a toggle for the playlist to choose to avoid these type of large teams since if we’re waiting on ‘spawn’ menu then it feels like a waste of my time loading up the match.

I was and still am one of the loudest voices against fireteam size restrictions, it literally killed my company when 343 put them in. But that was in warzone. I think 12 man warzone is a very unique experience that only h5 offers. It’s very fun especially against equally matched teams.
I would like to see assault become the quickplay version of warzone. 4 player fireteams max. And I would like to see defence and attack flip every game. Consider it a much simpler version of warzone where solo players can come in and learn the game and experienced players who enjoy assault can still run but not on stacked 12’s.
Teams do occasionally use warlords to match match each other as well FYI. It’s almost like custom games for warzone players to scrim. It’s a very useful playlist even though it rarely gets used.

Sure but for matchmaking it need’s those restrictions, well if people want full 12 person fireteams then 343i should have allowed custom WZ but sadly I think the only reason that doesn’t exist is because of loot box’s, which is why it’s also restricted to online only.
