I called XBox live to see what I had to do to get a 15000 credit for Microsoft points as promised. They said I had to post on this forum to get them. Please add the Microsoft points to my account or refund the game so I can purchase it when the price drops because I’m not paying full price for a game that didn’t work properly for over a month after purchasing it.

If this is regarding the Xbox Live Rewards promotion, then you would need to contact the XBL Rewards team to check that you are eligible to recieve it. The best way to do that is to post over on the Xbox.com forums. That’s where Xbox Support should have referred you to, I’m not sure why they didn’t
You may as well get back on the phone with MS support. The Rewards program has been dumping the same canned response on those forums for everyone asking for the 15000 - “Early adopters received a punch card punch for buying a downloadable title off of the marketplace in November”. They can’t issue refunds, so don’t waste your time posting on those forums.
