I stopped playing halo 5 for a bit but after I heard about the updates I came back to try it out and loved it I specifically came back after the 15 year anniversary update because everything they were showing off looked awesome. I got my pack opened it and my game crashed right after. I loaded up my game and I went to checked if my items carried over and I didn’t get them? I don’t even know what was meant to be in the pack but I’m sure it would of been some uniques if it’s a anniversary pack smh 343 helppppp!
Don’t worry, you won’t have lost any items. What happens here is that the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory.
